Vaia is the name of a storm that completely wrecked tens of forests located in northern Italy.
More than 40 million trees fell.
Entire bioms faced a drastic change that affected both the flora and the fauna.

However, nature teaches us that every death holds the opportunity for a new life.
On the 24th of April, during Co.Scienza festival, over 100 people
gathered in Baselga di Piné and planted 300 trees.
They will soon give life to a new forest.
And now, let's plant some trees.
After the plantation, we had a small concert, shared gifts, ate some local food. Karaoke.
Taking care of our planet is a social act. It needs to be celebrated.
Martina Beltrami is an italian songwriter. She's great.
VAIA – the co-organiser of this event – is a startup that makes audio amplifiers out of the wood of the fallen trees.
